The project includes: approximately 10 km of new, 4-lane divided highway 28 km of twinning existing highway 2 new interchanges 24 new bridges WebHighway 104 extends from the New Brunswick Border at Fort Lawrence to the Canso Causeway and is part of the Trans-Canada Highway. NSTIR has proposed the twinning of the section from Sutherlands River (Pictou County) to West of Antigonish (Antigonish County), a distance of approximately 38 km (the Project).
