WebI'm assuming if you are on the NG playthrough, bonfire ascetics do not factor into summoning. In the tay covenant you summon others to your world the same way as a normal summon sign and that works regardless of how many bonfire ascetics you've used on the area. Its a wickedly evil method of destroying people.
